well, the present wasn't. but a post about my birthday is :) mug from aunt amanda featuring rocket's footprint turned into a rocket ship... perfection? i think so. coffee even tastes better out of this thing.

this morning rocket woke up at 6:10am and pooped. loudly. thus forcing me to turn on the light, change him, and accept that he was ramped up and ready to go. look how adorable he is...

then things REALLY get crazy when skylar, the 10 month old babysitting charge, is added in.


you can clearly see rocket is not accustom to this activity level :)










shortly after that insanity rocket sat in his first high chair like a regular big boy. he was playing it cool (as you can see) but he had to do SOMETHING since skylar took her first steps today.


so. So. SO tired.
