there comes a time in every cat's life where the unfortunate necessity of bathing intrudes upon the day. sadly, this day comes at least every couple of months for sir colby jackson brown. on the most recent of his bath days i happened to also be doing laundry. THIS, ladies and gentlemen, is what rebellion looks like.



yes, that's clean laundry i just put away. and yes, he's still wet from his bath.

i love these men. especially that little one in the front. yeah, the one with the lazy eye.

i fell hard for and subsequently purchased this little getup a few weeks ago. i can't wait til i have someone to put in it.

uncooperative.

the ultrasound technician was only able to provide us with a somewhat certain but still very questionable verdict on the sex of baby this morning due to what i'm sure is just one of many uncooperative days to come. here's what we got...

today, in a moment of stillness, i came across this little gem while deleting old pictures from my phone. he rode 10 hours straight in the car from florida to north carolina. in case you ever wondered what the perfect son looks like, exhibit A:

this was the first full-length mirror i'd encountered in some time, and it seems THIS is what i look like when i'm not making myself nauseous by sucking it all in.
